no LJ or Facebook for four days

as part of my retreat weekend - I've left my laptop at home - and will not be Facebooking nor LiveJournaling for four days. David is convinced I'll have the shakes and finger cramps by mid-day on day one. He's predicting a full on cybercrisis by day two. HAHAHAHAHA! so I'll have my cellphone so I can call Dave occasionally - but I'm unplugging from the grid. I appreciate all the comments on my post about Susan Piver's retreat that I'm setting time aside for; my path is really nourishing for me and having the support of my friends is pretty awesome.
