BREAST!

Baked up a whole chicken breast with skin coated in panko and parmesan along with sweet corn, mashed baby red potatoes - and a side of fresh tomatoes and green beans. Now Dr. Dave and I are settling in for CuddleTimeTheatertm - and a showing of Bruno Bozzetto's ALLEGRO NON TROPPO.
