a 'dark side' meal

So - tonight - I'm making a "dark side" meal. Calories, butter, sauces - cream! I'm making puff pastry cups with garlic parmesan roasted butter potatoes with homemade creamed corn, barbecued pineapple slathered in butter and honey, and I'm grilling a thick pork steak thats been marinating in garlic and tomatoes all day long. Sure I'll serve a salad - but then I have Mint ItsItsM in the freezer to compensate. gluttonous evil photos to come!
