Dinner: 1/22 : Alton Brown's "Leftover Baked Potato Soup" made with baby yukon gold potatoes served with a rosemary olive oil loaf and a hearts of romaine salad with mandarin oranges, slightly candied walnuts and yellow & red beets (steamed). The wine? a lovely 2007 Mendocino Gewurztraminer from Husch winery.
