So - with my extra time off the last couple of weeks - I've been watching A LOT of cooking videos from the latest winner of "The Next Food Network Star" to America's Test Kitchen Shorts - - - and have been tinkering with a Bob's Kitchen opener with a little more positive drive and energy.
