sunday bike ride

pelican patrol!

While on my bike ride this morning I caught a squadron of pelican - they flew over in close formation then joined a larger group - landing like you'd think planes would on an aircraft carrier. :) This is out in the Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve.
