its going to be a breakout year!!

2011 is going to be a great year!

I accomplished a lot in 2010 - but 2011 is going to be the foot on the gas peddle baby.

It's time to stop making excuses - it discounts our personal power.

The next year is about stronger fitness, bolder world view, bonding relationships and peace....

I made three different kinds of savory palmiers: ham and feta (pictured), mushrooms and basil, olives and red onions and a sweet palmier with honey, craisins and golden raisins.
