Friday nights

Michael and I headed for the gym tonight - it was leg day. I hate leg day - but we got through it - and chatted over a smoothy fterwards. There is so much to admire about Mr. Golden - and I realize our friendship is just beginning to crack the surface. :) Yay! I'm out of the shower at home at getting ready to pack up and head down to Dave's for the weekend. Perhaps a Bob's Kitchen Episode tomorrow --- then Caltraining it up to the city on Sunday for a Chorus New Member's Brunch then heading back down to Palo to be with Dave and Miss Kate - then the early Monday commute back to the city. Miss Kate is headed to the spa tomorrow - and weather permitting perhaps Dave and I will hike up in the coast range somewhere. :)

Baked Artichokes and some sort of salad is what I'm thinking for tomorrow, perhaps flank steak. :) We'll see.

so a busy weekend - but also overt attempts to just luxuriate in Dave's company. :) serious Yay-age!³
