The problem is this. All of this has nothing to do with marriage of any sort. It has to do with winning elections to gain political power, from which the destructive agenda of the oligarchy can be advanced. Fear is the great unifier, and they will stop at nothing to get and retain power.
One of my co-workers was decrying gay marriage today, asking where it all ends.
I replied:
"I totally agree. They started by taking away our right to own negroes. Soon we were forced to go to school with them. They moved into our neighborhoods, married our women, and now we have a half-breed in the White House, eating off the Presidential china and sleeping in Lincoln's bed. If this continues, we run the risk of becoming a free country, and who wants that?"
It's like the War on Drugs. Don't they know that being against it will just make everyone want to do it? The best way to get your kids to do something is to forbid them from doing it.
The real problem with the gay marriage thing is that it's only about gays.What is really called for is equality for all human beings to live as they see fit without any group weather that be a political organization or a religious organization forcing their beliefs on them.This splintering of different special interests like blacke,gays,women and so on doesn't ever really solve the real problem .WE NEED HUMAN RIGHTS not gay rights or black equality or womans rights!When it's framed this way it's kind of hard for the powers that be to say no
