I made a nice dinner for Dave and I ---- the photos aren't anything special - but dinner was: I made baby romaine salad with french bread croutons, fresh mango, and sesame vinaigrette. Thick cut breaded porkchops in a butternut squash gravy... with a side of stir fried rice, nantes carrots and snap peas. Shortbread Cookies and Fresh Homemade Carrot Orange Sherbet for dessert sprinkled with candied ginger is in line for dessert.

NOT FAIR! That looks like two fried things, one of which is breaded, and ice cream! You get to eat those yummy things and not be fat? I'm living on broiled chicken breast and broccoli over here. LOL!

Seriously, though, the meal looks absoultey divine.

well the fried rice? is simply wok fried in a little olive oil. not butter or something really fatty. and the pork chop is baked. and we made sherbet instead of ice cream (no eggs). and its portion control too.. its not like we ate the entire gallon of icecream. LOL!

Just sayin' - Maybe you should incorporate a little Vitamin A in your diet?

Kidding, that's a great menu.
