Idea is a'percolatin!

I have an idea percolating - and wanted to run it by you. You know how lawyers do pro-bono work for nonprofits and service organizations - I'd like to create a place where graphic designers can do the same. but I'd like it also to be the place that nonprofits can come to to get free code samples and forms and widgets for their sites to share information and make their sites work better in a 2.0 environment. (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

anyone have thoughts on this idea? or perhaps know of someone who is already doing something like it?

or even better - anyone interested in digging on the idea?
