nothing feels better than that first morning after feeling sick - when you wake up and feel normal again - and can charge out into the morning reminded how good it is to have your health. I can almost feel every muscle in my body today letting out a sigh of relief that I'm feeling better. Stomach flu renders me so weak and Yuck³ that my body is very happy to be past it. one more sleep and I'll be back to 100% - just in time for my long weekend away in Long Beach. (yay for retreats!)
