the life of leisure continues - my 4th day off on my unexpected vacation. I broke out and put together David's weight set today and did an impromptu workout in the living room today. One of Dave's exes left a full set of barbell hand weights (up to 60pounders). I am working out at home until I start at Stanford - because the Stanford job comes with free access to all their workout facilities. (but it requires an ID badge - and I won't get that till I actually start on campus) So I worked shoulders and chest -- and well, free weights pull differently than machines - and I know I'm going to feel it all tomorrow. Then I took Miss Kate on an extra long afternoon Sniff Patrol.
