The Michael/Muffin Muscle Buildling Power Hour....

I have the best workout buddy ever in Michael Golden (bibliocub) - we had the most enjoyable workout tonight. After 30 minutes dishing and cruising the men at the gym - or rather I mean doing our warm-up on the treadmill, tonight was arms night.

We both worked really hard. We're both concentrating on form and lifting properly and I think that is totally going to payoff in the long run.

My favorite is counting for him in my deep-butch-porn-daddy voice. "Yeah fucker, five. yeah. six. oh fuuuuhk. seven" - and him trying not to laugh while lifting weights. LOLz.

It's great to have someone there along with me that really wants to work and see results. I'm glad he and I matched up as gym buds. It makes the workout something to really look forward to each evening.
