nope. I work to keep my fridge full of fresh eats.

05. Do you nap a lot?
Sometimes. I like naps in the sunshine - but I find in California thats a lot more available than other places I lived. Kate and I took a 30 minute nap while hiking today - it was devine.

06. Who was your first celebrity crush?
Tom Selleck

07. What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
the gym. - and trying out a few new classes to help get rid of 'ze extra tummy.

08. What are you listening to right now?
David's Grandfather Clock chime quarter to nine PM - and Ravel String Quartet #1 by the Seqouia String Quartet

09. What food could you eat every day for weeks and not get sick of?
Mashed potatoes and gravy. but I dare not.

a bag of groceries - including dessert cookies, french vanilla Icecream, Feta, Blackberries, and Cinnamon Sticks.

12. What was the cutest thing you've seen today?
Dave wildly chasing me around his apartment, both of us laughing, me howling and covering my bowl of dessert of vanilla ice cream and dessert cookies - because I'd taken one of his "second favorite" from the box - thus entitling him to take a bite of MY cookie - - even though he was "so full I couldn't have another bite..."

13. Does the weather affect your mood?
no - darkness does. I love warm summer rains.

14. Favorite hobby(ies)?

Writing, Classical music exploration, cooking and learning ways to make Dave laugh.

15. Name a song that makes you think about a ship/character that you like lately.

I have been reading about Strauss' Salome. Chick has/had issues.

16. Weird dreams?

a dream where Barack Obama was my boyfriend and while I was in the kitchen making chicken soup from scratch he walked in with a pizza from the pizza shop for dinner - and we argued. he laughed at me and told me I was being too sensitive. I threw boiling chicken soup at the president of the united states and was tackled to the floor by the secret service whom I started punching and fighting with very aggressively - and I woke up - sitting up in bed. Miss Kate rolled over and looked at me like "what - is it time to get up already?" and I calmly said "no dear - Mommy is having a nightmare" and got up for a glass of water.

17. Do you have any siblings you wish lived on another continent?

My sister might as well live on another PLANET. Drew? - I like having close. Within a plane flight anyhow. :)

18. What's something you'd like to say to someone right now?

lets start a fire and make out while listening to Ravel's dances.

19. What are your plans for the Easter weekend?

Waiting to see if Christ sees his shadow when comes out of the tomb - whether or not we'll have six more weeks of winter.

20. Say something about the person who tagged you?

I really enjoy Thor's journal and Christopher's journals - even though as a trio we are very different people. I learn something new every time I take the time to stop and read through their journals; catching the moments that my 'friends page' didn't somehow. It's quality time.
