Calories, butter, sauces - cream! I'm making puff pastry cups with garlic parmesan roasted butter potatoes with homemade creamed corn, barbecued pineapple slathered in butter and honey, and I'm grilling a thick pork steak marinated in garlic and tomatoes. Sure I'll serve a salad - but then I have Mint ItsItsM in the freezer to compensate.
