I served in the U.S. Navy from 1985 to 1989 as a Submarine Radioman/Cryptographer.

Many of us have served and been dismissed for being gay. Some of us never returned from the experience.

Be thankful. These men and women, living and dead, give up their freedom and serve.

Summer time says picnics - but there are so many allergy pitfalls when sharing dishes! one of the biggest these days is Gluten allergies (or wheat allergy.) So I did some research and came up with a delicious gluten free salad - featuring one of my favorites, Moonblush Tomatoes.
