my google account got hacked. :(

my youtube account for Bob's Kitchen and all my picasa photos are now inaccessible because Google says my account was hacked and was sending out spam mail. I don't even HAVE a gmail account.

The whole thing is a pisser and Google's "account recovery" methodology is ridiculous. so I will have to go and save things off the old account and move to a new one because no matter what I tell them - they respond with "based on the information provided we cannot be assured this is your account"

and the fact that it comes in these poorly written, condescending autogenerated emails - makes it even MORE infuriating.
