another win at golden produce...

This morning - I stopped by and picked up all my favorite hummus fixings... and they had
2 cloves garlic—roughly chopped
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup water
a 14 oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)— rinsed and drained
½ cup tahini
1 teaspoon sea salt
and today's surprise - - - two tablespoons of red hot spicy red pepper jelly!
OMG FLAVORGASM - not only does my house smell delicious - but my tummy is full and my mouth is still tingling from the garlicky spicyness. I ate it on toast with fresh tomatoes. and lots of ground black pepper. The tahini paste was also an interesting addition - since it's a paste made from sesame seeds.
