Took the day off from work today. That's what sick days are for. I'm fighting off a sore throat - and just decided ..... MEH! I'm staying home. I soaked in the tub - had a big bowl of granola and fruit and have been PUSHING the liquids and just laying low. I'm reading the script to ANGELS IN AMERICA these days. I find Kuschner's work inspiring and beautiful. So - I'm sipping a Blood Orange Fizzy and taking it easy.

The sun is starting to break through the fog - and Miss Kate has been out with the dogwalker. (So it's been VERY quiet here. I might pop a movie in.

I'm going to miss the LJ picnic tomorrow - I just have a bunch of stuff to do. I need to get the house all cleaned up and go through the wardrobe and take a bunch of stuff to 'Out of the Closet' - (I am SUCH a clothes whore) - - then I have an afternoon shift at the Legion of Honor.

I scheduled some work on the Mini since David and I are off to Mendocino next week, I want it to run perfectly. Not to mention when Drew (bootedintexas) is in town at the end of the month.
