LOL - they were like $4 each at the performance - I actually had a BALL at that show - dancing around as the "big" fairy with all the kids and their parents. LOL!

actually - I LOVE that term. :) it why I often shoot in black and white - I'm sorta obsessive about shadows and light and their playtime together. Picture #1 in this set - is my favorite for that reason. it honestly was a quick "godpleasestandstillforasecond" shot - that turned out to be a highlight.

yeah - that day at Fort Funston with Miss Kate was devine. and the shadows and such cooperated very nicely. I particularly like #1 for it's varied shades. #2 is a classic Miss Kate shot - and will probably end up printed large and up in the house one day.

1) as I said earlier to Rob, it really is a one of a kind photograph
3) Yeah - Satine as a puppy was something else.
4) what makes the whole ballerina thing work for me - is that I wore my "eyes of the buddha" tshirt. the stupa is a representation of the "feminine" buddha - with the "all seeing" third eye. LOL!

and as john was so kind to point out - it was a stretch for me - but I think I made up for it in picture #17. :);)

It was fun to click through - and keep some stuff - and remember other things. LIke for instance. remembering the love and care that went into that art piece - and the poem.
