pulsecub do his magic; it was very cool to see an entire club of folks moving to whatever Pete chose to play. Of course, watching Pete behind the boards? Was awesome.
The other highlight of New Year's Eve was spending some quality time with Jeffbeg1n. We gave him a ride down to the club - and he and I sat and talked while the club slowly filled up. and then we rang in the new years with Jeff sitting in a nice chair watching the dancefloor and me getting my groove on. The place was beyond packed - to the point where at the strike of new years - Jeff and I were pushed in behind several couples and couldn't see Pete any more. He and I snaked our way through the crowds and made it home shortly after midnight.
Now I'm sitting here waiting for the coffee to brew on a very quiet New Year's Day. The one thing danceclubs create after you've been in them? despite how cool Robbie and Pete's music was? is a real sense of a silence you can appreciate. :)
