Being vulnerable doesn't have to be threatening.
Just have the courage to be sincere, open and honest.
This opens the door to deeper communication all around.
It creates self-empowerment and the kind of connections with others we all want in life.
Speaking from the heart frees us from the secrets that burden us.
These secrets are what make us sick or fearful.
Speaking truth helps you get clarity on your real heart directives.

you are more than welcome Dan. I did the tutorial for "phantom objects" in a photoshop book I've been going through and pulled that image off today - and then the universe presented that quote. It worked out awful nicely.

well thank my buddhist teachings day planner. :) It should be interesting to read and be around my writing and see just how much David, Roy, Marlin and Richard are in my everyday speech and way of living. :)

Thank you.

...I would :0)
At the very least then, it is 'design' that eloquently and elegantly expresses an artistic idea.

Good advice. I tend to say the same thing, though in a more hardheaded and less touchy-feely way. Basically it's a call for transparency, a subject which as you know I've written about in the past. We have instincts that make us want to be closed and secretive - and those instincts probably arose for good reason. But we live in a different world now, one dominated by cooperation and new opportunities. Those opportunities require honesty if they are to be realized. Letting go of the impulse to keep secrets about our inner selves is the key to making things happen.
