the muffin has landed
Feb. 13th, 2008 05:18 pmLong day flying but I'm here! I had the cutest four-year-old named Ian who was flying home from visiting his grandparents on the flight from Chicago to New Orleans. He loves snow - and was gifted for his birthday - a brand new bright red Elmo doll. Ian talked nonstop about his planned adventures for he and Elmo in the next few 'years.' I can't help but think this is what I was like to sit next to on a plane at 4. It was just plain adorable.
Cajun food!
lots of pictures later.
its not humid here like I thought it would be.

Date: 2008-02-14 12:48 am (UTC)Have SO much fun!
Make sure you go to Café Du Monde and have their famous chicory coffee and beignets! Don't have the coffee somewhere else instead. It must be Cafe Du Monde!
I am jealous jealous jealous!
I know Café Du Monde sells their ground coffee (the better to mix the chicory in), but I don't know if they sell just their beans...
