623pm this evening - and about average is what time I walk in the door - and Kateydog does the circle dance demanding her dinner! Since the pancreatitis scare this past fall (where her majesty was in the ER - and we nearly lost her) - we've been eating as soon as I come home - so that she'll be less prone to eat stuff on the sidewalk or other not-so-fabulous-doggy-dining choices. I'm probably being over cautious and protective - but she is the goddess afterall. So - when I get home each evening it's two handfuls of "Healthy Diet" Beneful and a fresh waterdish. She is such a funny eater - she takes bites and walks away from the dish with them - contemplating them - savoring them. It takes her close to half an hour to finish her bowl. Then she walks to the front door starts the 'lets go to the park' dance then - after 20 minutes or so in the park - it's time for the serious bellyrub session. then cuddling on the couch while I check mail and such. Particularly at this point in the evening - she cuddles in close - usually head on my lap while I email, bear411, etc. Then at 730 or so (say-about's-now) I head to the kitchen and scare up grub. and thats my 623pmish time of the day - thanks for the question Mr. Moo!!
