I can't believe I didn't post about this....

so - - - I'm quasiwhining - okay - totally whining about only having a laptop at home and how sometimes when I want to work on a work project my eyes hurt having just a small screen to navigate on - and my boss pulls out the employee manual and shows me how - work - would purchase me a home office setup because I'm a salaried manager. (but not, apparently the full on G5 Mac Tower I wanted, because the Mac I have is only here because the previous graphic artist used it) - - - -

so - - - (yes I'm getting the point)- - - work ordered me a laptop charging dock, a 22" flat panel monitor, external hard drive and new mouse and keyboard. OMG.

So - i had been looking around craigslist (because I'm a cheapbastard^tm) looking at desks and such - when walking home from lunch today - - there is a desk in Out of the Closet on Duboce for $10. $10! (cheapbastard powers - ACTIVATE) My neighbors helped me carry it home. Scoot the bed a little - and VOILA!

Thanks to Morgan mh58 and Tommy notdefined for recycling one of their office chairs my direction - I now am all set for my new home office setup. Yay!³
