Turkey Meatballs with rigatoni, roma tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion and shredded carrot. with a side of organic corn and a devilishly ripe banana. and a couple of glasses of St. Clement 2004 Oroppas Cabernet Sauvignon. and Valentin Silvestrov playing piano on the speakers from his recording of Bagatellen und Seranaden.

After a trying day - - it was the best thing I could have done for myself....

followed by a totally un-photographaphable multicoloured breath-taking sunset over the Golden Gate.....while sipping just a little more wine......

Well done, Robert. A wonderful recovery to a day that could have been better.

I never would have thought of having a banana on the side. How very interesting.

sometimes I nuke a "Lean Cuisine" for lunch - but really do try to keep away from "processed foods"
