mornings

I love mornings - particularly since I moved to the new digs. Mornings start with Miss Kate popping up on the side of the bed asking to cuddle at 515am (the usual alarm time for gym mornings) - we scoot over and let her up - and then about 730am - - I'll get up and Miss Kate and I will go walk in the neighborhood for an hour or so - I'll get a latte and Miss Kate knows the latte place has "doggy biscotty". Then we come back and she asks to be lifted up on the bed - and she snuggles in next to David and goes back to sleep. I kiss David - he says "mocha-ey", smiles and then goes back to sleep. and I read the morning paper online and finish my coffee. This morning I am pouring a hot bath with the eucalyptus oil. (because I'm a total fag remember?) and then we're meeting Tom for blunch at noon - and a stop by the comics store to meet Rich - I shall take an offering of gummy bears I think. Well that bath is ready - and an article from the WSJ on lessons Thoreau is teaching modern horticulturalists in NE. David clipped it out for me, what a sweety!
