stairway walk

Today - David and I took Stairway Walk #2 "Telegraph Hill and North Beach" from Adah Balinsky's "Stairway Walks in San Francisco" tour book. D+lightful! We took a two hour walk up and down stairs through neighborhoods neither of us had ever investigated - and had a lovely time. WE stopped and had a fruit stop at the market - and both witnessed the wild parrots of Telegraph Hill together for the first time. At the top of one stairway, it stopped at a bench and this was the view:

We had a simply wonderful time together. :)

Tonight? We're having the Adorabears (the michaels sfleatherbear and bibliocub) over for Fish Dinner and the movie "Big Eden" which I can't believe none of them have seen - it's a lovely fantastical small town gay love story. If you don't know this movie - rent it this very instant. You'll thank me!

It is a breathtakingly beautiful day here - and me and the puppy and the boyfriend are just having a ball.

That's a lovely walk! Hey, Gary and I might have been in your view (in the Bay) in some of your pictures - we were out sailing for several hours this afternoon.
