All good things come to an end - some last years - some last twelve weeks. (wink) Tonight is the final performance of 'Friends Are Forever'. David and Iwent and got our hairs cut earlier in the Castro (and while David was up getting coiffed I had a David and Jay (fuzzyjay) encounter - both of them are just staggeringly cute.) and I bought a new hat at Cliffs. Then this afternoon we both came back to read and lay around the penthouse. I have dinner started - we invited Leo and Michael over for dinner. Leo plays my boyfriend in the play - and I thought it would be really nice to have him and his new guy over for dinner before the last show. I am making pecan encrusted chicken with goat cheese stuffing, fried apples, and rice pilaf - the boys are bringing salad. We'll have a toast - then it's off to the theater for the final show. I have almost a dozen folks from Seattle's bukephalus to kiltybear Paul and his English houseguest Tony, To my David to the wonderful Morgan mh58 and Tommy notdefined - all in the audience. Hoo+ray! Then we'l be off to Breezy's (linky) for champagne and laughter afterwards. Then a good night's sleep - and FOLSOM tomorrow. I am SO lucky to live in San Francisco - and be surrounded by such beautiful people, live with an ocean breeze coming in my window and be a local and a never ending stream of diverse and exciting events.
