thoreauWhat is in my first box from Farm Fresh to You? I thought you'd never ask!
10 oz Cranberries; 3lbs Butternut Squash; 2lbs Red Jonagold Apples; 2lbs Sweet Potato; 2 Meyer Lemons; 1.5lbs Fuyu Persimmons; 1.5lbs BokChoy; 1.5 lbs Leeks; 1 bunch Rainbow Chard; 1 bunch Red Beets; 1 bunch Collard Greens
So - I see several things in my future - - - a parsimmon/apple pie, a lovely side of braised greens with a nice chicken or pork dish, some mashed sweet potatoes, yayyayyayyayyay!
David and I are going to eat so well this weekend!
