The coffee is brewing - and Miss Kate is eating breakfast. What to do while I'm waiting? oh yes - model shirts #2 and #3. I also noticed these photos are pre-hair product. well - sometimes LJ is raw and honest. today is one of those days.

I love orange - but David suggested I find some oranges that less
resembled traffic cone orange. (i have a tshirt that is screaming
holy crap orange that he's not a big fan of) so - here ya go.

Ah back to good childhood green :) (safe space, safe space) but I
do love the stripes. its a nice warm looking shirt.

and yes [livejournal.com profile] surewood31, before you ask - I'm wearing pants
and a mad orgy of writhing orgasmic man flesh was not happening at
my feet in each of these photos.... (wink)

that's nice, but . . .

thats why these are my shirts. (wink)

Horizontal stripes show off my chest nicely (which is biggerizing at the gym) and let the shirt be a little bolder than say "just green". :) I know they are a bit dated though. but I like it.

its not really a competition :) I like to keep a nice spectrum of colours in my wardrobe - I hate becoming "Mr. Green" or all greys and muted colours. LOL! David has also seen the light of brighter colours since we've met. He's now embracing royal blue and cherry red in sweatshirt colours! :) LOL!

Did you get up in the middle of the night to model these shirts on a whim? I see that (gasp!) the bed is unmade!

heh... ok fine, not a competition, just like the orange on you better.

I think I'm more a fall/winter colors sort of guy. I can't normally carry off brighter colors very well but muted greens, tans, rusts and blacks (or burnt orange if I'm feeling wild) tend to dominate my wardrobe.

Nope - 7am - :) it is winter ya know. :)

and yeah - the bed is unmade - but I usually don't make it until the last few steps before heading out the door - this was literally - oh - ten minutes after the morning shower.

It's interesting how much darker 7 a.m. is in SF than PS this time of year. I wouldn't have guessed the 400-odd miles north would make that much difference.

a coupleo' factors - I'm on the "dark side" of the building in the mornings - as I face Southwest. It was cloudy out - and the sun didn't break through till about 8am or so.

OOooh,

They're both nice, but being the good, earthy Taurean, I AM loving the natural "rust" colour of the top shirt.

Noice! :-)

The Henley collar looks good on you. The colors are great in both.

I have an ex-bf whose taste for traffic cone orange shirts and jackets became especially unfortunate a few years back... See, he was a dead ringer (except for a couple dozen pound difference) for Eric Rudolph, and when Rudolph was caught & there were all those photos of him in his prison jumper... you see where this is going...
