2008 was the awesome!

thoreauGotta tell you - 2008 was one of my best years ever. seriously. and 2009 is on the horizon and proves to be even better.
2008 Mini-Review:
January: Declared 2008 the year I get over myself and start making positive changes towards happyness and contentment. Having survived 2007 (the year of astounding suckage) - I committed 2008 to finding real ways to undo the happiness deficit in my life and turn shit 'round.
February: "Behold the Beautiful Drunk Singing One from the lunar vantage point of love.
He is conducting the affairs of the whole universe while throwing wild parties in a tree house - on a limb in your heart." - Hafiz
March: on March 4th - I was introduced to David Goldberg who would become my sweetheart - and to Michael Levy (who along with Michael Golden) who would become a wonderful pair of best grrl-friends.
April:
May: May saw the creation of the Fine Food Feeding Frenzy groupette
and moving into the Muffin Penthouse! What a spectacular choice - and a view
that is like waking up to a postcard every morning. I am very lucky!
June: Cast in "Friend are Forever" at New Conservatory Theater
and made friends with my on-stage boyfriend Leo, who joined (with his boyfriend Michael) - the FFFF group. :)
July: While my Mini-car got devastatingly vandalized - it was quickly fixed.
August: "Friends are Forever" opened to great reviews. and Coldstone Creamery announced a new flavor.
September: Folsom with my favorite friends....
October: VACATION! David and I took a trip to visit his family in Milwaukee and Chicago - then took the California Zephyr train home from Chicago to San Francisco. It was a remarkable trip and brought David and I even closer together....we also saw some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable.

How can I mention a glorious happy year without mentioning KateyDog? :) The goddess continues to delight and love everyone in her path. I am so lucky that 8 years ago - she adopted me.
