I'll give that weekend an A+
Jan. 26th, 2009 06:00 amThat has to go down as one of the most marvelous weekends on record.
- Good successes in the kitchen accompanied by trying new ideas and new foods.
- Adventures with David and both of us learning powerful new things about one another.
- Seeing the love affair between Miss Kate and David continue; watching him run with her back to the house while I look down at them from the kitchen was just too precious.
- Taking naps on rainy windy afternoons
- Sharing yet another amazing classical music experience with David that got us talking about our love of music; and sitting on the floor listening to LPs; more music by one of David's favorite composers.
- Enjoying a walk in the morning sunshine with David and the two of us running when a gust of wind brought a construction fence over on us. David joking that I should post to my blog a fantasy of us both being stuck under the fence and the jaws of life being needed to extricate us from the wreckage - and how we'd make both the evening news - and the catholic newspaper, declaring that the fence was only doing God's work by trying to stamp out the gay agenda. LOL!
