Date: 2009-04-08 02:25 am (UTC)a few more weeks of that class and I'll be seeing some serious results. It isn't a fast paced class - its a slow class - four or five count reps with low weights but for 20 or 30 reps concentrating on form and position. I love it!

Then I was going to decide whether to complete it that afternoon, or make it a two step process. Of course because mine is a very basic neolithic design, there was only one big piece to fill in, not various little quadrants, nu?
