Supersculpt is the AWESOME!

The class had about 20 folks - and you had a step class bench with four heights on it. and we did every single muscle group with slow three-four count lifts and lowers for 20-30 reps each. She concentrated on form and doing it RIGHT - and getting the maximum out of things. We hit it HARD for the full 60 minutes. That class is so staying in my repertoire! Michael Golden is going to love the maximum glamour of this class when he gets back from Square Dance week.

Date: 2009-04-08 06:22 am (UTC)As for me, I'll stick to my Body Pump. The 3-1's and the slow 4 count down and up in Body Pump already kill me! This class probably would have my legs buckling. I've already ate hardwood floor during Body Step and I don't intend to repeat that performance.
