audition video for "NEXT FOOD NETWORK STAR"

So - Food Network is having a Youtube based audition (http://www.youtube.com/foodnetwork) for it's next round of "FOOD NETWORK STAR" - they need a 1-3 minute short video. I'd love to enter - - any ideas for what I might do in a video that is in good taste that might draw attention? The video is supposed to spotlight your personality and your cooking skills.
