I hope the folks out east in NY remember Dan fondly!

following thornyc's advice I did something I enjoyed - and thought of danbearnyc the whole time.... I made a dessert for bookclub that danbearnyc might have thought was delicious looking enough....

but - clearly - not pink enough.
