muscular event

at approximately 7:14am PST - I had a charlie horse calf-cramp which measured 9.0 on the HOLYFUCKTHATHURTS scale. I woke up yelping - and nearly falling out of bed from the sudden muscle cramp. Not the best way to start the day. I got in the shower and relaxed the muscle - gently stretching it but two hours later and I'm limping a bit and it's still very sore. :( I'm going to take Miss Kate out for our morning constitutional hike - I'll see if it improves. It may preempt 30 miles on the bike today. :(
