Appetizer!

The condo building throws an appetizer party every year - on New Year's Day. It's always my first recipe of the year. I used the left over seared ahi from last night's salad nicoise and blackened it with cayenne, smoked paprika and black pepper - - then made a "salad" out of it with fresh carrot, radish and cucumber that had soaked all day in a tarragon garlic marinade. then broiled them to melt Monterrey Jack over the top. Seriously yummy!
