Hermit's Grove is beautiful 1 1/3 acre herb and flower garden in Kirkland WA. My first three days on my trip are being spent serving the gardens. Yesterday I used PVC pipe and built bird cages around some fruit areas in the garden - particularly blueberries. I weeded walking paths today - as the wet spring/summer here let the weeds go crazy. I spent some time meditating in the gardens at twilight.... and taking photos. the flowers are amazing. I have enjoyed being here VERY much. Paul and Jerry - the owners and operators of The Hermit's Grove are generous and sweet. It has allowed me to roll down to near a stop... which is excellent. It's a quiet beautiful WARM evening here. One more day - then I move into Seattle for a theater date with an old friend on Friday. :)
