Lunch with Perry!

blktalon) - we talked about all sorts of things. It is crazy that he lives five minutes from me for two months and this is the first opportunity we had to get together. I'll make sure we keep running into one another. First up - I think I'll be heading over to his place to give him some cooking lessons. I know when I left my ex in Idaho and hadn't done ANY cooking in 9 years with Mr. Rogers, it was quite a wakeup call. So I'll be teaching him a few easy to remember kitchen basics and pointing him at a few of my favorite sites for cooking. Learning to cook was one of the primary tools in losing weight and getting back into shape. So I'm excited to share what I've learned with someone. The boy just needs some encouragement - so it's me, my cookbooks, and my pompoms!
