square dance events are so relaxing!

This weekend I'm in Portland at the A/C 2010 Square Dance Flyin. Dave has been dancing from 9am this morning - and will dance till 10pm tonight. I had a quiet start - had breakfast with Dave then wandered into town on the MAX Train (wow - what a great system!). The weather here is perfect - and I enjoyed a fantastic relaxing day. I wandered back mid afternoon on the train - got in a workout and a great swim in the pool. I came back and took a nice steamy hot shower - and then went downstairs to eat dinner with the dancers - featuring a table full of fun handsome men from the "Wilde Bunch" in Albuquerque, including Steve Homer. It was just a tremendous amount of relaxation. and now I'm watching a very competitive Boise State Vs. Oregon State football game. Dave gets to dance dance dance dance - and I get to simply relax and hangout. LOVE THAT!
