Its that special Friday off - which can only mean one thing! Filming my holiday appetizers trio show for Bob's Kitchen! Miniature Chicken Alfredos (you will die when you see easy this is), Savory Sundried Tomato Palmiers and Bite-Sized Meatloaf/Tomato Sandwiches. It's going to be awesome! I'll do some prep work at home and then head up to the city - and finish it all off at Jeff and Shauns - and serve appetizer plates to the game boys. so it'll make a fun finish to get every to say happy holidays from Bob's Kitchen at the end. All three of these recipes is easy, versatile - and at least two of them meet David's request for something a tad healthier. (sorry, alfredo needs heavy cream I have no choice really...)(wink)
