thoreauSo - the Senate GOP are refusing to allow bills to the floor of the Senate till we extend the Bush Tax Cuts which is raping our economy to the tune of 25% of our current budget deficit.
Time for President Obama to give the GOP a primetime bitch slap. Call a primetime press conference declaring them the idiots that they are. To hell with "respectability" - call a press conference and say
"Who is to blame for the end of jobless benefits at Christmastime? The GOP...",
"Who is the insisting on extending tax cuts to the richest Americans at the expense of everyone else? The GOP".
"Who thinks that gays should be second-class citizens? The GOP",
"Who thinks the children of migrant workers should go back to Mexico? the GOP" - etc. etc. etc.
