I'm celebrating 'Bob Night' - where I go to the grocer and pick up fresh food to cook up "just for me" with a nice glass of red wine! The hubby goes two stepping late - so I get the house to myself and some peace and quiet. :)

So I'm kicking back, and catching up on my food mags with a big delicious glass of Pinot Noir! and enjoying a plate of collard greens, kale, mustard greens and mushrooms with lots of garlic and fresh ginger - with a chicken breast cooked in honey and cumin.
