I've been reading a fair amount about food photography. I usually do a good job of editing myself - and not posting bad photos. I posted a picture of this dish on Friday after I made it that in retrospect, didn't make it look all that tasty. But I was so excited about how it tasted, I posted a quickly taken photo. I took out the leftovers this afternoon - and shot them following a few directions I'd found on the internet. Then I colour corrected them in Photoshop - and now THIS looks like something completely different. There is SO MUCH to learn!
