Loved the video! Wish I could download it! I used to have this program that would let me so it, but it doesn't work anymore. I am assuming that YouTube updated or something.

I lost 50 pounds AND ate Frosted Flakes. What I did was learn to control my portions. If I had ¾ cup of cereal with fat free milk, it was less than 5 WW points. I also eat a very HIGH Fiber cereal Kellogg's All-Bran Yogurt Bites. A portion is 1¼ cups (!) and is only 190 calories, 3 grams of fat, and has 10 grams of dietary fiber! And of course, the higher the fiber, the more the body has to work at burning it!

I love Kona coffee! Adore it! A person I work with has been in Hawaii the last two weeks and has promised to bring back some fresh Kona beans. It would be worth having to work with him to get the coffee! I don't like really strong coffee though. I like it like the directions say to make it. When at work and the supply the coffee and it is made with those portions vacuum sealed? That is PLENTY for me. Those people who had two or three of those nearly send my body and heart into orbit.

Fuck, it was fun watching you in the tub. And I kept getting glimpses of your cock. I figure YouTube will get offended soon! Another reason I wish I could download it! The video was SO fun and made me really feel like I'd met you. You are one of the most real people I read on LJ.

I'm with roybear (so what's new...? LOL), in that I'm also shallow enough to admit I loved the bathtub scene the most - only because I don't really eat cereal for breakfast, and I only drink iced coffee.

Can we join you in the bath next time? It certainly looks Bear Sized... :-)

Very entertaining - you're such a natural at this !(you need an agent, and then a TV show of your own). You even make baths (which I'm not fond of) seem alluring.

The cereal sounds tempting. Once, while working on "Damn Yankees" I got excessively sentimental and decided to try Wheaties (Breakfast of Champions). Yeeeech! flaked cardboard - don't go there.
I'm so with you on the coffee and plushy towels... life's to short to worry about caffeine (it's a necessity), and plush towels are indispensable.
