btw - at the gym this morning. 172 pounds. Holy crap! how did I lose more weight? I've been maintaining since I reached my Weight Watchers goal back in May - but - I was surprised to see that I'd lost three pounds. I went up and down after reaching my goal and had a hard time getting six weeks where I stayed at goal weight (+/- two pounds) But - today makes six weeks of keeping goal weight! I was sure I'd step on the scale and see that I'd gained a little. (snoopy style happy dance inserted here)

To celebrate my svelteness - I wore one of my ribbed shirts to work today. Ribbed shirts when you are a bigger girl are like tube dresses on voluptous drag queens..... horrible topographical mistakes. it feels good to put this on - and well - look good. (snap snap) and several co-workers have stopped me today and commented about my weightloss. It still rolls me over that last summer I had to go buy 38" jeans - and now I'm wearing 32"s.

Weight Watchers is the BOMB!

There are several others that are Weight Watcher'n it. Have you seen [livejournal.com profile] gayhawk lately? That hot little man is down an astounding 64.2 pounds! GO RANDY!

Randy - I think you are doing amazing work. AS they teach at meetings - Weight Watchers is NOT a competition - it's about YOU and you changing your relationship with food - and being 64.2 pounds down? shows that you are embracing that relationship. GO YOU!

Can I just say....yum!

I'm reveling in being down from 38/40 to 36 and starting to wear size L in shirts again. Even during the move, I've kept the weight down...you are so correct when you say it makes a huge difference. I'm beginning to think that 34 may not be out of the picture.

However, this weight loss is going to get expensive...much leather going on ebay and the kilt will need to be taken in....LOL.
