Not my best episode technically - the batteries ran out while making one section - and I cut my headoff filming the closing clip - BUT - - - it's a real delicious pairing of recipes. The Jicama/Pear/Strawberry Salad with Lemongrass Sorbet? WOOF! Both Drea and I both had seconds. and Seared Ahi with Wasabi Cream? - well - it's always a great treat and GOOD for you.

Very nice have to try it. . I made sour orange glazed , kitchen grilled, chicken tenders tonight, with grilled orange slices.The glaze is non fat. Butter salad with poppy seed dressing, and vacuum brewed coffee. Recipe from Martha. I am going to rework the glaze recipe with cayenne, to see if I can come up with a chicken dish I once had called Bronzed Chicken. It was orange based.

The salad in this recipe was light and refreshing - the sorbet (in small amounts) as perfect and well, as I said - I could have seared ahi all three meals all day and never complain.

Chicken tenders are honestly a gift aren't they? you can really spice'em up. and they are easy and fun!

Aren't you a clever wee chook? Both for making such an interesting meal (I would NEVER have consider Lemongrass in a sweet!), AND for filming it / editing it so professionally!
